In the last 24 house Stromboli volcano show MEDIUM degassing activity (puffing of 20 mbar medium aplitude) and MEDIUM values of acoustic pressure of explosions (max 0.37 bar). The number of VLP events shows MEDIUM values (11.5 events/hour). Thermal activity is characterized by a LOW number of transients having LOW thermal amplitude and LOW exit velocity of pyroclasts. Seismic tremor show MEDIUM values. MODIS/VIIRS images showed NO thermal anomalies. SO2 flux shows LOW values (35 t/d). CO2 flux, from a C/S ratio of 4.67, is LOW (165 t/d). Rockfall activity is LOW with 0 events detected in the last 24h. The volcanic activity index is MEDIUM.
