The volcanic activity is generally characterized by strombolian explosions, with ash emissions, located at the NE crater sector, with puffing localized at the NE, C and SW crater sectors. In the last 24h, the Stromboli volcano showed a HIGH degassing activity with an increasing trend (puffing with values of about 100 mbar). The explosive activity is MEDIUM (max acoustic pressure 0.82 bar). The number of explosions (thermal transients) are HIGH, with a LOW thermal amplitude and HIGH exit velocity of pyroclasts. The volcanic tremor shows HIGH values. The number of VLP events showed HIGH values with an increasing trend (19.5 events/hour). MODIS/VIIRS images showed LOW thermal anomalies (max 2 MW).
